So far I've had 3-4 failures to eject where the spent casing isn't fully ejecting from the extractor then. I had to shorten it up a bit but didn't have any issues afterwards.

halvetyl000 • I would check your right optic screw, if it's too long it'll cause issues If it dies it again I'm going to say replace extractor spring. The Glock 43, while having its share of issues, has proven to be an overall reliable firearm for us.
